Chopped Challenge with Evan Hennessey

COOK FOR THE BOOKS: An Evening with Chef Evan Hennessey is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Dover Public Library—and all proceeds will be used to furnish the renovated library.

Join us on January 27, 2026 for a special live cooking event featuring 3 time Chopped champion Evan Hennessey! Watch Chef Evan create unique plates using ingredients voted on by the public through social media and this form.

This Chopped-inspired event will be live streamed to a Watch Party from 6:00-9:30pm at Chapel + Main in Dover. Appetizers, light buffet, and a drink will be included in the price of the ticket. There will also be a silent auction and raffles. Evan will join the party at Chapel + Main when he is done cooking.
